MS1-Didactic workshops 2300-NZ2-MS1-AND-WM
The objective of the workshop is to practice the ability to conduct parts of trainings prepared by students, and to analyze the proposed methods of working with the participants.

Knowledge:
The student
1. possesses knowledge in the area of information acquisition, and utilizing it in the execution of the training process
2. knows and understands the specifics of the trainer’s work
Skills:
The student
1. is able to independently gather knowledge required to understand the functioning of adults in training situations
2. is able to conduct a training process combining knowledge from different domains
3. is able to select the methods of workshop work in an adequate
manner
4. is able to assess the training abilities of another person
5. is able to utilize the acquired training competencies during training
Social competencies:
The student
1. is able to analyze the situations coming up during training work,
and propose optimal solutions
Assessment criteria
Independently prepare 8h workshop/training scenario (soft competences topic).
Assessment criteria: knowledge and skills acquired during Training design.
