MS1 - Diagnosis of the training market in Poland 2300-NZ2-MS1-AND-D
The goal of the course is to develop skills that enable an understanding of the principles which regulate the functioning of training institutions in Poland, become acquainted with the changing tendencies and analyse selected aspects of operation of training institutions.

knows and understands basic concepts concerning training market
possesses structuralized knowledge on the training market in Poland
Knows and understands principles of functioning of training market
Skills: the student:
Possesses knowledge on the diagnostic methods and training needs
can recognise the changing tendencies of training services market in Poland;
can conduct an analysis of training services in a given province.
Social competencies: the student:
can characterise the current situation on the training market;
can suggest the content of an own training proposal;
is acquainted with general principles of functioning of training institutions;
collaborates in a team environment.
Assessment criteria
Analysis of a training offer of two companies against predetermined criteria
