(in Polish) Podstawowa znajomość języka programowania Python, znajomość statystyki i podstaw bioinformatyki, posiadanie własnego laptopa (z zainstalowanym systemem operacyjnym Linux, oraz python 2.7 wraz z modułami matplotlib, nympy, scipy; Chimera - oprogramowanie do wizualizacji biomolekularnych http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/; i Gromacs - oprogramowanie do przeprowadzania symulacji biomolekularnych); Wymagana jest znajomość podstaw biologii i umiejętność programowania w języku python, oraz podstawy statystyki, bioinformatyki, biofizyki. Mile widziane podstawy uczenia maszynowego i obliczeń poznawczych (deep learning);
