Dance and singing - folklore of various regions of Poland 5900-TIS/18L-OG
During the classes the student will get acquainted with the material:
- support for traffic coordination and orientation in space;;
- raising general physical condition;
- steam dance;
- group dance;
- learning about dance themes based on different movement elements;
- getting to know the basic steps of Polish national dances;
- learning about the selected steps assigned to a given region;
- the issue of a voice;
- getting acquainted with the vocal repertoire of the ensemble.

After completion of the course the student:
- recognizes Polish national dances and is able to distinguish their dance character;
- has the ability to present basic dance steps independently and in pairs;
- ability to perform basic dance steps aesthetically and correctly in accordance with the character of the dance;
- operates with the names of steps and figures of Polish national dances;
- freely presents basic information about Polish national dances;
- shows an increased overall physical condition;
- has improved traffic coordination and spatial orientation;
- shows basic knowledge about selected dances from different regions of Poland;
- has extensive knowledge of Polish dance culture;
- has basic dancing and vocal skills;
- have knowledge of voice emission exercises and generally better voice emission;
- ability to work in a group;
- improving communication skills;
- higher motor skills;
- knowledge and popularisation of national heritage;
- has knowledge of Poland's traditional dance culture.
