Upon completion a student can understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts and recognize implict meanings; s/he can express himself/herself fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions; s/hecan use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes; s/he can produce clear, well-structured, detailed texts on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organizational patterns, connectors and cohesive devices.
