Table tennis 4023-O-TENS
- in the classes students will enhance their motor co-ordination, spatial orientation and response speed
- they will increase agility and improve elements of strength and endurance
- students will learn table tennis basic techniques, such as grip, position, moving within small area, as well as offensive and defensive strokes, blocks and serves.
- both simplified and proper game (single and double) will be introduced.
- the basic rules of the game and competition will be explained.

Students:
- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning;
- will be able to exercise safely;
- will learn how to work in a team;
- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy;
- will be able to use sports equipment correctly;
- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
