Cross training 4023-O-CROS1
During the course, the student implements the assumptions of cross training for beginners in various areas, increasing cardiovascular capacity, endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Moreover, students follow the rules of safe and technically correct exercise. They will learn about various training concepts and patterns. The structure of the classes is based on the substation circuit method, in which endurance exercises are intertwined with strength exercises, and rest breaks are strictly defined depending on the nature of the exercises. Both the external loads, the type of exercises and their intensity are adjusted to the individual abilities of each student.

Students:
- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning;
- will be able to exercise safely;

- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy;
- will be able to use sports equipment correctly;
- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
