Analysis of media information 3402-00AMPZ-OG
The aim of the course is to acquire practical skills on comprehensive analysis of press and television news messages focusing on its content, transmission, flow, as well as macro- and micro formal structure. The material explains the influence of various kinds of news presentation on its comprehensiveness and memorization altogether with the measurement of the levels of exposure and difficulty. There will be covered basic rules of constructing news messages basing on the cognitive psychology. The course is illustrated with prolific examples (charts, schemes, video). The audience actively participates conducting various research and analysis along with own realization of a short news reports.
