Prerequisites (description)
(in Polish) Udział w zajęciach nie wymaga wcześniejszego zaliczenia żadnych przedmiotów. Wskazane jest zainteresowanie legislacją, regulacją, politykami publicznymi. Zajęcia nie obejmują proceduralnych i ustrojowych aspektów tworzenia prawa, będących przedmiotem wykładu z prawa konstytucyjnego oraz wstępu do prawoznawstwa. Dlatego wskazana, ale niekonieczna dla zaliczenia zajęć, jest wcześniejsza znajomość tych zagadnień.
