Learning outcomes
Student knows and understands:
- peculiarities of functioning of political institutions in Ukraine, the political, legal, socio-economic and cultural background of existing challenges in Ukraine and the transformation processes in modern Ukraine.
Student is able to:
- define the nature of contemporary politics in Ukraine;
- characterize the elements of the Ukrainian political system and relationship between them;
- analyze existing risks and prospects of the transformation of Ukraine`s political system and possible scenarios of its development.
Student is ready to:
- initiate and participate in projects aimed at solving contemporary challenges in Ukraine.
Assessment criteria
Evaluation criteria:
max. two missed classes
contribution to class discussion: 20 points;
presentation/group project: 30 points;
final test: 50 points.
