Learning basic elements of slow, classical, modern and jazz dance techniques; learning and perfecting steps and figures of Polish folk dances (Polonaise, Krakowiak, Oberek, Kujawiak and Mazur) in couples and teams of couples; musical and motor exercises to improve the
co-ordination and physical fitness of dancers; learning and perfecting dancing patterns performed by the Group; preparing dancers for dance concerts and folk dance competitions; vocal emission and monophonic/polyphonic singing lessons; learning and perfecting songs performed by the Group; preparing students for vocal concerts.
