Futsal (indoor football) 4023-S-FUTS
Owing to the nature of the game, classes focus on improving individual skills, such as:
– speed
– speed endurance
– co-ordination of motor skills
– futsal technical skills
– futsal tactical skills
All these skills improve the quality of game. As a result, it is possible to prepare the team for difficult and often complex futsal plays, both defensive and offensive.

Learning outcomes
Students:
- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning;
- will be able to exercise safely;
- will learn how to work in a team;
- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy;
- will be able to use sports equipment correctly;
- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
Assessment criteria
The PE credit is earned for regular attendance and active participation. In addition, students are assessed on the following basis:
- Specialised tests (to determine student’s skills);
- Assessment sheet (university competitions, futsal league matches);
- Commitment during training sessions;
- Attendance and active participation in classes as well as participation in university competitions, such as the University Championships of Warsaw and University Championships of Poland.
