ZUMBA®FITNESS 4023-P-ZUMB
Zumba® Fitness is one of the most efficient and innovative workouts, shaping the whole body.
Zumba® Fitness classes blend fast and slow Latin and international rhythms. Dance movements, which are based on a cardio workout, are easy to make and designed to shape the body, particularly buttocks, legs, arms, lower back and belly. Prior knowledge of dance steps is not required to attend, so each student can enjoy the classes.
The classes are open to any persons, including non-students.

Learning outcomes
Students:
- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning;
- will be able to exercise safely;
- will learn how to work in a team;
- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy;
- will be able to use sports equipment correctly;
- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
