Prerequisites (description)

Health declaration - after knowing the ruls of the sport section of the University of Warsaw I declare, that Im healthy and I can fully take part in these exercises. In case of any difficulties, I will inform the teacher.

Learning outcomes

Students:
- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning;
- will be able to exercise safely;
- will learn how to work in a team;
- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy;
- will be able to use sports equipment correctly;
- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.

Assessment criteria

The basis for passing the course is the systematic and systematic conduct of classes.

Term 2023Z:

In the event of intensification of sanitary and epidemiological restrictions, the PE Study reserves the right to change the form of conducting classes - to outdoor or remote classes.

Each registration for PE classes is associated with the debiting of 30 tokens from the student's account. The cost of paid physical education classes is 30 tokens and AZS fees (more information below). If there are no tokens, the system will automatically charge PLN 240 for 30 tokens (1 semester) during registration. If a student fails a course or resigns from it and fails to deregister during the online registration, he or she loses 30 tokens for any reason. The condition for participation in classes is the current membership of AZS UW. The membership card must be obtained remotely at www.legitymacja.azs.pl by 13.10.2023 - payment by bank transfer in the application. The cost of the ID card: PLN 200.

Term 2023L:

In the event of intensification of sanitary and epidemiological restrictions, the PE Study reserves the right to change the form of conducting classes - to outdoor or remote classes.

The condition for participation in classes is the current membership of AZS UW. The membership card must be obtained remotely at www.legitymacja.azs.pl by 4.03.2024 - payment by bank transfer in the application. The cost of the ID card: PLN 200.

Term 2024Z:

In the event of intensification of sanitary and epidemiological restrictions, the PE Study reserves the right to change the form of conducting classes - to outdoor or remote classes.

The condition for participation in classes is the current membership of AZS UW. The membership card must be obtained remotely at www.legitymacja.azs.pl by 21.10.2024 - payment by bank transfer in the application. The cost of the ID card: PLN 250.

Term 2024L:
