Mobility & Stretching 4023-P-MOBS
Mobility & Stretching is a training that aims at improving mobility of the body. The classes include stretching and strengthening exercises for individual muscle groups, which are additionally supplemented with breathing and relaxation exercises. The stretching exercises are intended to make the muscles more flexible, as well as to improve blood circulation in the motor system and enliven the body. The main goal of the Mobility part of the classes is to prevent injuries, improve mobility and flexibility of muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints, and increase the human body's capabilities in everyday life, recreation and sports. The part called Stretching, in turn, consists of a natural system of exercises derived, among others, from observations of wild game. Those animals perform similar "exercises" combining elements of gymnastics and bodybuilding, and alternate series of dynamic and static exercises. The classes are designed for people of different levels of physical fitness and strength. If you have problems with mobility or stretching, these classes are just for you.
