Krav-maga 4023-P-KRAW
Krav Maga -. literally "close contact combat") - a combat system developed for self-defense, which consists of a combination of techniques derived from karate, boxing, jiu jitsu, wrestling and other martial arts. Krav Maga is not a sport. It is intended for self-defense so there is no competition and the training is only for practical applications in real combat.
The main goal is to deprive the attacker of the ability to continue fighting. Krav Maga is a hybrid system encouraging adepts to be decisive during a conflict. You should defend yourself and attack using the shortest path from the place where you are, taking as little risk as possible. It consists of a number of techniques including thrusts and levers, punches and kicks. The system is constantly evolving as a result of numerous research and user experiences.
