Golf 4023-P-GOLF
Acquiring skills in using golf clubs. Learning the rules, etiquette and history of golf. Trends in the development of golf around the world. Learning the rules of playing competitions and counting points. Safety while playing on the golf course, learning to move independently on the golf course while playing a round of golf. Playing independently on the course, playing tournament rounds in various game formats. The game sticks are provided by the organizer.

Student:

- can perform basic golf shots
- knows the etiquette and rules of golf
- can play a round of golf on his own
- knows game formats and scoring system
- understands the need to take care of the golf course
- understands the need to take care of physical fitness necessary to maintain health
-has specialized movement skills acquired under the supervision of teaching staff of the SWFiS
Assessment criteria
The basis for passing the course is systematic and active participation in classes.

Term 2025Z:
In order to complete a mandatory PE course, students need 30 tokens to register. Students who enrolled into a PE course and then, for any reason whatsoever, failed to complete it or resigned from classes, yet had not withdrawn before the end of the second round of enrolment, will lose 30 tokens. Repurchase of the lost tokens costs PLN 240 (more at www.wfisport.uw.edu.pl).
