Fitness 4023-P-FITN
The purpose of the classes is to strengthen and tone up all muscle groups as well as improve general fitness. The workout involves a comprehensive set of exercises with or without fitness equipment (weights, steps, balls and bands). The modern forms of fitness training, such as TBC, ABT, Pilates, Step, Fat Burning and Stretching, are applied.
The fitness training aims to:
- develop awareness of one’s own body and improve its functioning;
- strengthen all muscle groups;
- enhance endurance, strength, agility and co-ordination.

Learning outcomes
Students:
- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning;
- will be able to exercise safely;
- will learn how to work in a team;
- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy;
- will be able to use sports equipment correctly;
- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
