Cross training 4023-P-CROW
Fit-Cross-Recruit is a workout originally developed for special forces assigned to high-risk tasks. It is functional training aimed to improve general stamina and strength endurance. It involves rather simple exercises, though requiring good physical fitness. This cross training workout which improves fitness, strength and endurance is popular among professional athletes and soldiers. In addition, regular training sessions enhance motor co-ordination and agility.

Students:
- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning;
- will be able to exercise safely;
- will learn how to work in a team;
- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy;
- will be able to use sports equipment correctly;
- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
