Combat jujitsu 4023-P-COMJ
Combat Ju-Jitsu is a combination of traditional Japanese martial art practised by samurai and modern MMA techniques. Training in traditional judogi is a perfect opportunity to learn self-defence techniques that can be used when wearing normal clothes (jacket, trousers, etc.). In addition to traditional training, students
can participate in sports competition in various martial arts formulas. Students will learn a number of self-defence techniques, as ju-jitsu combat training involves throws, joint locking and choking in all positions. It is cross training that improves general fitness.
