Healthy spine 4023-O-ZK
In the classes, students:
– encourage regular efforts to keep proper body position,
– develop strength and stamina,
– strengthen spine muscles and improve spine mobility,
– develop movement co-ordination,
– exercise proper low pass and upper pass costal breathing,
– learn about negative impact of environmental factors on proper body posture.

Learning outcomes
Students:
- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning;
- will be able to exercise safely;
- will learn how to work in a team;
- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy;
- will be able to use sports equipment correctly;
- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
Assessment criteria
The basis for passing the course is systematic and active participation in classes. Classes are conducted using strict task, strict imitation and classic play methods.
