TBC 4023-O-TBC
TBC is a form of overall training. The classes involve two exercise groups, namely aerobic and conditioning exercises. The aerobic part of training is typically based on multiple repetitions of simple choreographic routines or step combinations, while the body conditioning part involves muscle strengthening exercises performed in a standing position or spine-relieving positions. Fitness equipment (e.g. weights, gymstick, step or skipping rope) is used in workout.
