Pilates 4023-O-PIL
Workout based on a combination of exercises to strengthen the whole body, particularly the muscles responsible for spine stability.
The purpose of Pilates is to develop proper posture habits, improve general physical viability, regain core muscle tone and enhance flexibility.
Training includes routines on three difficulty levels as well as their modifications. It involves exercises which mobilise the spine, strengthen and stretch the muscles and improve balance and co-ordination.
The exercises are performed on a mat using the body’s own weight or some pieces of equipment (e.g. weights, gymstick or step) to calm music. The pace of exercises is set on an individual basis.
