Men’s volleyball – advanced level 4023-O-PIŁS22
During volleyball classes on the advanced level, students will:
– perfect overhand digs and bumps, in a low, high or off-balance stance , including jumps and dives
– perfect standing or jump overhand serves, particularly accuracy, reliability and power
– perfect spikes, dumps and cheats, particularly ability to choose an attack technique depending on the set, the opposite team formation or other tactical assumptions
– perfect single blocks and learn double blocks
– perfect defensive play (attack or block coverage, individual and team tactics)
– develop general and special fitness accounting for the character of the game, particularly strengthen the abdominal and core muscles, shoulder and pelvic girdle muscles and limb muscles, develop jumping skills, flexibility and agility, and increase endurance
– learn and perfect individual and team tactics in small games (2 vs. 2, 3 vs. 3 or 4 vs. 4) and large games (6 vs. 6, training games with specific tactics, proper games in the following systems: 4-2 or 5-1)
– learn the game rules and the basics of safe and fair competition.

Students:

- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
