Jogging 4023-O-JOGG
Jogging is a form of outdoor physical activity, through which students:
- Develop general fitness;
- Enhance stamina, strength and agility;
- Strengthen all muscle groups;
- Increase the flexibility of ligaments and strengthen tendons;
- Relieve joints and increase spinal mobility;
- Enhance the cardiovascular system;
- Increase lung capacity.

Learning outcomes
Students:
- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning;
- will be able to exercise safely;
- will learn how to work in a team;
- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy;
- will be able to use sports equipment correctly;
- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
Assessment criteria
The basis for passing the course is systematic and active participation in the classes.
