Ergo fitness 4023-O-ERGF
Classes taking place with music of varying intensity. Performing individual exercises tailored to the individual's capabilities. They take place on the "concept2" rowing ergometer, as well as auxiliary equipment such as: mat, dumbbells, gym balls. Classes have a positive effect on improving your figure and burning fat.
During classes, students:
- they practice using the method of continuous, continuous, variable intensity, repetitive and interval training
- develop endurance and strength of the upper and lower extremities
- strengthen postural muscles
- develop the circulatory and respiratory system
- learn the correct movement pattern when performing specific movements
- use the learned elements of movements on the rowing ergometer to measure the music

Student:
- has a general knowledge of the structure and functioning of his body
- can exercise in accordance with safety rules
- knows how to interact in a group
- understands the need to take care of physical fitness necessary to stay healthy
- is able to use sports equipment in an appropriate manner
- has specialized motor skills acquired under the guidance of teaching staff of the WFiS College
