Rowing ergometer 4023-O-ERG
The initial part of the classes is a general warm-up with running, shaping and strengthening exercises.
The main part involves work on an ergometer. Students will learn the rowing technique, including co-ordination of arm, leg and trunk motion. They will also learn to use the machine computer for load monitoring.
In the week four, students will undergo an ergometer test in order to determine individual training loads. There will be a gradual increase of loads and the number of repetitions, as well as series and volume of loads. Continuous/repetitive and interval/changing methods will be applied.
