Cross Training – intermediate level 4023-O-CROS2
During classes, the student follows cross-training plans for intermediate and advanced levels. They improve different fitness areas such as cardiovascular fitness, endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
Students also follow safety rules and learn to perform exercises with correct technique. They learn different training methods and workout structures. The classes use a circuit training method, where endurance and strength exercises are combined, and rest breaks are clearly planned depending on the type of exercise.
Both the weights used and the intensity of exercises are adjusted to each student’s individual abilities.
