Latino Body Shape 4023-O-BSLAT
During the classes the student:
- improves the mobility of the whole body,
- develops motor coordination,
- increases the sense of one's own body, sense of rhythm,
- shapes the body's strength and endurance,
- learns the basic steps of Latino dances.

Learning outcomes
Students:
- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning,
- will be able to exercise safely,
- will learn how to work in a team;
- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy,
- will be able to use sports equipment correctly,
- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
Assessment criteria
The basis for passing the course is systematic and active participation in the classes.
