Aqua Run Fit 4023-O-AQUAR
Through the exercises the student:
- relieves the locomotor system,
- stimulates the work of muscles and joints, which are less exposed to injuries than during exercises on land,
- improves speed, strength, endurance and general motor coordination,
- supports the functioning of the circulatory and respiratory systems,
- strengthens the body's immunity, accelerates metabolism,
- relaxes and relieves the nervous system from tension and improves well-being.
The classes are divided into four parts:
- part one: exercises to tame water with the use of various utensils, warm-up with fitness elements
- part two: improving the technique of jogging - variable pace of walking and running
- part three: fitness exercises performed individually, in pairs or in groups
- part four: relaxation exercises, elements of yoga and stretching
Participants of the classes exercise in buoyancy belts.

Learning outcomes
Students:
- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning;
- will be able to exercise safely;
- will learn how to work in a team;
- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy;
- will be able to use sports equipment correctly;
- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
Assessment criteria
The basis for passing the course is systematic and active participation in classes.
