Aqua fitness 4023-O-AQUA
Exercise is performed in a separate section of a swimming pool, in shallow or deep water with the use of flotation belts, while standing on the pool floor or floating. The routine is based on special elements which make use of water resistance. Classes involve endurance, strength or interval training, with or without equipment, such as resistance bands, mats, noodles, discs or balls.

Students:
- will acquire the general knowledge of the human body and its functioning;
- will be able to exercise safely;
- will learn how to work in a team;
- will understand the need to stay fit in order to remain healthy;
- will be able to use sports equipment correctly;
- will develop special motor skills under the guidance of the Physical Education and Sports Centre’s staff.
