The Counter-culture – Anatomy of Phenomenon 3502-FAKL234-OG
The course is devoted to the analysis of the counter – culture phenomenon. The counter – culture phenomenon has its beginnings in the fifties during the last century. Within the classes, socio – cultural transformations and consequences of this phenomenon will be investigated. The classes are aimed at crossing the bounds of stereotyping concerning counter – culture. The selected writings of creators of counter – culture enable the students to analyze and understand the social and cultural consequences of this phenomenon. The counter – culture phenomenon is perceived not only in terms of the youthful rebelliousness against the status quo, but also in terms of emerging mass movements.
