2nd Fenno-Ugrian Language Course 2 3320-ZJUGRF-78
In the winter semester, students will learn about the simple past tense (imperfecti), the third infinitive, verb nouns and the complement, among other things. They will learn vocabulary related to travel and leisure, health and leisure time. Upon completion of the winter semester, students are able to participate freely in conversation on the topics listed above, talk in longer form about their interests or vacation trips, and answer basic questions about their health.

Learning outcomes
Continuous evaluation (interim tests and selected homework).Upon completion of the course, the student:
- understands the main sense of speech formulated clearly in the standard language, especially on topics covered in class
- understands texts at an average level of difficulty containing the most frequently used expressions related to everyday and professional life
- is able to participate without preparation in conversations on topics that are familiar and of interest to him or her or that relate to everyday life
- can express his/her feelings, describe experiences and events, as well as tell a story and recount the content of a movie or book
- can communicate at the doctor's office and pharmacy
- can write a simple concise text on a topic familiar or interesting to him, as well as a personal letter describing experiences and impressions
- operates more advanced grammatical constructions, knows, among others, the simple past tense (imperfecti)
Knowledge: the graduate knows and understands
(K_W11) the place of hungaristics in the system of sciences and about its subject and methodological connections with other disciplines.
SKILLS : graduate is able to
(K_U11) speak a second Finno-Ugric language (Finnish/Estonian) at the B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages enabling communication in basic life situations.
