Good Usage of Polish: Grammar 2700-PPZG-OG
Online course "Good Usage of Polish: Grammar" includes basic knowledge about the good usage of the Polish language. The course consists of 15 online lessons, divided thematically into two blocks: inflection and syntax. Each block consists of seven lessons completed by a test summarizing the given topic. The 15th lesson consists of repetitory exercises.
Each lesson consists of the following modules:
– initial testing questions,
– short text outlining the rules of correctness,
– comprehesion questions,
– exercises,
– additional text to the issues raised in the main reading,
– comprehension questions.
Apart from lessons, the course (and the grade) consists of the active participation in discussions and assignments (obligatory or optional).
Students who finish the course with positive results can properly use the Polish language at the communication level with respect to word inflection and syntactic rules and carry out the text proofreading.
The date of the final written exam is announced at least a month in advance.

Learning outcomes
Having finished the course a student or a Ph.D. student:
– analyzes linguistic forms in terms of their correctness,
– correctly inflects Polish words,
– uses lexical and syntactical forms according to the norm,
– carries out the text proofreading at the communication level.
