Lecture:
1. Diversity in the organization - basic concepts and definitions (2 hours)

2. Inclusion and diversity - the cultural dimension (1 hour)
• The idea of inclusion - assumptions;
• Multiculturalism - historical outline, practical and theoretical aspects.
3. Diversity in the organization - demographic, social and economic context (2 hours)
• Demographic conditions for diversity;
• Legal conditions for diversity;
• Socio-cultural determinants for diversity;
• Economic conditions for diversity.
4. Diversity management - basic concepts and definitions (2 hours)
• Definition of diversity management;
• Introduction to managing diverse human resources in an organization - assumptions;

5. Models of implementing diversity management in the organization (2 hours)

Assessment criteria
Lecture: exam - in the form of an examination test, defining the final grade as a whole.
Method of calculating the grade for the exam test:
0 - 59% rating 2.0
60 - 67% rating 3.0
68 - 75% rating 3.5
76 - 83% rating 4.0
84 - 91% rating 4.5
92 - 100% rating 5.0
Persons who have not passed the final examination may take the resit examination in the resit session.
