The course examines the complex relationships between gender and organizational and management structures in the modern workplace. The starting point is an empirical analysis of data, research, and management practices on equality and inequality. The aim of the course is to develop critical thinking skills – both towards gender stereotypes and ideological approaches to equality issues. Students will learn to analyze diversity management policies, the effectiveness of equal treatment actions, and their impact on organizational performance.

Assessment criteria
After completing the course, the student:
• recognizes the basic conditions of management in the conditions of diversity
• explains problems of discrimination practice and support programs in organizations
• is able to conduct an independent analysis of the most commonly used tools in diversity management in organizations
