The law and political system of the Polish People's Republic( PPR/PRL) 2200-1CWHP34-OG
1. Geopolitical aspects of the establishment of PRL ( Polish People's Republic - PPR). Anti-German coalition: The USA, Great Britain and USSR. The plans of the division of influences in post- war Europe. Jalta, Potstam.
2. The establishment of Polih People's Republic. Polish govermnent in exileand its plans dealing with the reconstruction of Polish country. The possibility of the fulfilment of these plans. PKWN and its establishment. Political plans concerning post -war Poland. The role of the USSR in realizing these plans.
3. PRL ( PPR) in the camp of socialistic countries. Internal relations in the camp. The postion and the role of the USSR. The compulsory character of of this participation and its doctrinal, political,economic and cultural consequences. The changes in internal relations of the socialistic countries camp.
4. Political system of PRL ( PPR). The sources of the state law. The Constitution, executive legal acts, generallies, ogolniki, ( powielaczowe) law.The control of the observance of law.
5. Politically-economic system. The nationalization of industry, aricultural reform. National economy sectors: state, private and cooperative.
6. Political system. The organization of authorities, its changes and functioning. The division of power.The relations between executive and legislative powers. Party system.
7. Laws and freedoms of an individual. Their socialistic concept. The catalogue. Functions and propaganda aspect, formal and material guarantees.
8. The control of the observance of laws and freedoms of an individual by the authorities .
9. The organization and functioning of public, central and local administration. Collegial and one person organs. The control of the administration activity.
10. The organisation of the justice system/ organs/. Courts, Arbitrary Comission, prokuratura, Adwokatura, Notariat. The problem of the independence of justice system.
11. Law and crime procedure, their socialistic features.
12. Law and civil procedure, their function in socialistic system.
13. Labour and Social Insurance Law.
14. General characteristic and evaluation of the system and law in PRL (PPR)
