Learning outcomes
– Knowledge of international human rights law, institutions, instruments, state policy;
– ability to recognize and analyze human rights violations;
– ability to assess efficiency of institutions, NGOs, states policy
– ability to assess adequacy and efficiency of control mechanisms
– ability to interpret jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights
Assessment criteria
Assessment in the context of expected learning outcomes according to university assessment system.
The teacher will take into account: presence, participation in the discussion, facultative contributions, results of the written exam.
