(in Polish) Zajęcia mają na celu pokazanie procesu konstytuowania i realizacji strategii organizacji jako procesu politycznego. Z tej perspektywy pokazane zostaną różne aspekty procesu strategicznego i jego ujęcia. Dominować będzie krytyczna perspektywa paradygmatyczna. Nawiązywać będziemy przy tym do różnych interpretacji i rozumień polityki oraz władzy, uwidaczniać powiązanie strategii z procesami artykulacji sprzecznych i konfliktowych interesów istotnych dla przetrwania i rozwoju takich całości społecznych, jak organizacje.
