Prerequisites (description)
(in Polish) Ideą tych zajęć jest pokazanie studentom w jaki sposób funkcjonują organy ścigania w zwalczaniu określonych przestępstw, jakie działania są podejmowane w celu wykrycia sprawcy. Wreszcie ukazanie jak prawo działa w praktyce i jakie określone czynności procesowy przynoszą skutki dla dochodzenia/śledztwa oraz późniejszego procesu karnego.
