Choir of the Faculty of Chemistry II 1200-CWCH2-OG
Participation in the classes enables the development of voice emission and choral singing. These are collective classes, held once a week, in stationary mode. Conducted by a professional in the field of musicology, who pays attention to both the diversity of the repertoire performed and the development of the choristers' musical sensitivity. Choir rehearsals are held once a week in the building of the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Warsaw at 1 Pasteura Street. Apart from rehearsals, choir members have the opportunity to take part in performances and concerts. The Choir of the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Warsaw is a mixed choir, divided into female voices (soprano, alto) and male voices (tenor, bass). Recruitment is carried out for each of these voices.

Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student has knowledge about the basics of proper voice emission. Student acquires the ability to work in a team and polyphonic choral singing. Student learns a diverse repertoire, both secular and sacred. Student gets used to competition and public performances. Member gets to know a diverse repertoire, both secular and sacred, as well as the historical background and the period of composition of the piece Students perfect their musical hearing and is familiar with music notation.
