Internal Market Law and its application to undertakings 4003-201PRWZP
Lecture mixed with exercise. Subject is conducted in a mixed form of lecture and exercise. Classes are based on the so-called. horizontal approach to the issue of European Economic law, which is to discuss the various problems not by systematic Treaty, but depending on the function of the company. They are of interest in particular those legal acts having direct application to undertakings.
