Prerequisites (description)
(in Polish) Celem zajęć jest przekazanie wiedzy z zakresu teorii i praktyki współczesnej dyplomacji. Omówione zostaną zagadnienia dotyczące historii dyplomacji, roli dyplomacji jako zespołu mechanizmów i instrumentów służących realizacji interesów państwa za granicą oraz rozwiązywaniu problemów wielostronnych i globalnych, organizacji służby zagranicznej, krajowych i międzynarodowych uwarunkowań prawnych określających ramy funkcjonowania dyplomacji, metod i zakresu działania służby zagranicznej, protokołu dyplomatycznego oraz nowych dziedzin i rodzajów dyplomacji rozwijających się i wykorzystywanych w świecie w ostatnich latach.
