The Only Thing that is constant is change" - that Heraclitus sentence
became specifically important in modern business management. Change may be
the opportunity, but as a rule it creates threats for the employees or

organizations.
The ultimate goal of the course is to prepare students to participate
actively in organizational change processes, which means good planning &
running as well as providing support for management and difficult
decisions the managers will have to take.
Additionally current trends in change management practice will be
described, together with influence they have on human resources management
science. We will also discuss evolution of managers role that follows as a
result.
