Diagnosing disorders from the autism spectrum 2500-PL-PS-FS1-07
The course aims to familiarize students with the issues of diagnosis of autistic spectrum disorder (ASD). This course will focus on ethical issues related to the assessment of children, differential diagnosis, functional diagnosis, usage of the psychological interview in the diagnostic process, usage of an observation in diagnosis of ASD as well as standardized methods particularly useful in the diagnosis of developmental disorders in children below age of 6.
