The aim of the course is to be familiar and include practice:
• Meaning of situations of arguments and conflicts
• A cross of the conflict
• Own style of dealing with conflicts
• Conflict – it means - differences
• Problems among people
• Judging and description
• Model of ownership problems
• Adjusting = approval
• Reflecting listening
• Communicative obstacles
• Communicating needs
• Creating partnership
• Communicating concerns and doubts
• Description of discrepancy
• Solving conflicts

During and upon the course completion a student will:
• Set his attitude towards situations of conflicts
• Recognise his own style of dealing with conflicts
• Assess the chance and dangers connected with difficult situations and events
• Set advantages and disadvantages of dealing with conflicts
• Set aims of important talks
• Recognise areas of having a problem (ownership problems)
• Know the strategies of action when someone has a problem
• Train ways of paying attention to partner’s needs
• Use techniques of active listening
• Prepare a description of own needs
• Present his own point of view
• Prepare an “I message” statement
• Recognise typical communicative blockades
• Learn an elastic way of having conversations
• Manage in emotional pressure in conversations
• Find solutions for pressure and conflicts
