Artistic activities with elements of art theory 2300-NZ2-F-ART
The course contents include:
- subject study, drawing
- a collage combining picture and word,
- painting
- issues of composition, light and space
- elements of description and formal analysis of images
- elements of iconographic analysis
- exercises in the field of basic art techniques
- exercises in the field of perception skills, individual expression, artistic imagination and creative forms of expression.
Learning outcomes
Knowledge:
The student knows the basic concepts of visual arts, recognizes selected styles in art and is able to list the features of the discussed directions
Skills:
The student is able to combine basic theoretical issues with creative practice, operates with basic artistic techniques,
Social competence:
The student has perseverance in the implementation of individual tasks, is aware of the aesthetic dimension of creative activities; characterized by aesthetic sensitivity and reflectiveness.
Assessment criteria
The student is obliged to actively participate in the classes and do the assigned artistic works during the classes.
