I. The role of the professional teacher education institution

IV. Mentoring.
1 Giving young people help in eliminating the psychological tensions
piling up against school failure and solving the difficulties arising from the situation of the family and peers.
2 Providing assistance and support highly talented students.
3 Providing assistance and support for pupils with special educational needs.
4 Analysis of students' progress in learning the care educator.
5 Working with students at risk of social non-systematic analysis of changes in behavior and academic progress. The elimination of anti-social behavior.
6 Informing students and parents about the possibility of psychological and educational research supporting such dysfunction (dyslexia, dysgraphia,
dysortografia).

V. Educational and Vocational Counseling
• systematic diagnosis of needs of individual students on educational and vocational information and assistance in planning education and career;
• collecting, updating and sharing of information and professional education appropriate to the level of education;
• conducting classes to prepare students for career planning and knowingly take the role of the professional;
• coordinating the activities of information - counseling conducted by the school;
• working with other teachers to create and ensure continuity of operations
in educational and vocational counseling.

Knowledge:
1 has detailed knowledge of pedagogy school, its place among the other sub-disciplines of teaching and the relationship with other sciences,
2 has in-depth knowledge of the school, the school system and its transformations and conditions,
3 a structured knowledge base in the field of humanities and social sciences involving questions of teaching and education
4 knows and understands the importance of concepts in the field of school education, educational policy, the organization of schools and other educational institutions, in particular the psychological-pedagogical
5 have a basic understanding of the scope and principles of providing educational and psychological support (under the privilege of teaching school counselor)
6 has knowledge of the basics of teaching in general, the construction of educational projects
7 have a basic understanding of the scope and principles of providing educational assistance for social and educational institutions,
8 has knowledge of teaching methods of diagnosis, with particular emphasis on diagnostic factors in the development of educational
9 has a basic knowledge about the causes of failures of teaching and education
Skills:
1 can apply different theoretical approaches for diagnosing, analyzing and solving the problems of teaching and education, and by constructing paths and vocational education
2 knows and is able to correctly apply different methods of educational work
3 have developed skills in communication
4 can take advantage of specialized terminology and clearly communicate with representatives of various walks of life,
5 can independently acquire knowledge and develop skills using a variety of sources, including information technology,
6 able to speak out publicly, clearly and precisely formulate messages both in individual interviews with students, parents, teachers, representatives of organizations working with schools and during speeches before a wide audience.
Social competence:
1 understands the need and knows the learning opportunities and enhancing professional skills and constructs a path of personal and professional
2 recognizes the importance of the social sciences and humanities to the operation of facilities
3 can create plans, schedules, prioritize the completion of tasks in work for the student and the school environment and extracurricular
4 is aware of the importance of behavior in a professional manner and comply with the rules of professional ethics and respect for multiculturalism,
5 able to use the knowledge and skills of interpersonal communication to influence the environment and is able to communicate with representatives of the various communities
