Career counselling tools and techniques 2300-MD/PSZ-MET-D
Participants will learn the career counselor conversation procedure and diagnostic tools developed by the National Centre for Supporting Vocational and Continuing Education (KOWZiU).
The main part of the course will be devoted to discussing the results of different diagnoses in the context of gaining adequate information about the competition, recognition of the work environment, determine the tasks on potential workplaces, employment opportunities, pay, promotion, and choose the path of education.

The lecture presents the recognition of the labor market and education path adequately to the ability and interests of the drawn case.

Practical placement
Teaching practice under the direction of person performing the functions of career counselor.
