Prerequisites (description)
(in Polish) Celem przedmiotu jest ukazanie prawa Wielkiego Księstwa Litewskiego - systemu doskonałego jak na epokę, w miarę zupełnego, nowoczesnego (stosunkowo humanitarnego, z występująca niekiedy równością stron procesowych - bez względu na przynależność stanową). Ukazanie genezy tworzenia "uczonego prawa", jego źródeł, samych twórców (pochodzących zarówno z Wielkiego Księstwa Litewskiego, jaki i Korony, dobrze wykształconych w uczelniach europejskich) oraz inspiracji wynikającej ze Statutów dla Korony i Moskwy ma m.in. ukazać przepływ zasad i konstrukcji prawnych w ówczesnej Europie, przez to - ukazać niedorzeczność "nacjonalizmu prawniczego".
